Who we are
Chelsie Smith Consulting Services (CSCS) provides support, training, and system management for the SEIS and CALPADS databases.
With 10 years of experience in the Special Education field, CSCS is ready to help manage and submit your state data.
We are dedicated to helping school districts of all sizes achieve accurate and compliant data while also providing the training to set their teams up for success.

We offer customizable contracts based on your needs
Contracts may be created on an hourly, monthly, or yearly basis. Depending on the size of your organization and the services needed, we can work together to create a plan that will be the most beneficial for you.
Training based contracts
Set your team up for success! Whether it be new employees, or a team refresher, we offer 1:1 training as well as team trainings. Sessions are customizable based on the need.
Project based contracts
Do reporting periods have you stressed? Take that off your list and let us handle it for you. Project based contracts are available and include IEP Implementation Monitoring, CALPADS Fall 1 and EOY 4 reporting, DRDP, Post Secondary Reports, and more!
